How to secure data with Keeper

Keeper allows you to encrypt your data in a fast and easy way.

After you have installed Keeper, right-click one or multiple files and choose Encrypt files...

You can type a password or use Keeper's strong password generator; alternatively you can choose one from the Key and press Encrypt.

To decrypt the file, right-click the *.skf archive and choose Decrypt files...

Enter the password or choose one from the key to decrypt the file.

Keeper also offers a Key Management Tool that can be accessed from the Options menu or by pressing F12.

Other features that are just one click away are:

  • wipe files - delete files without leaving any trace, so that they cannot be restored, not even with recovery tools;
  • encrypt files directly from MS Office applications;
